THE OCCASION - PARNASALA DEDICATION

Parnasala -A Structural Marvel:Parnasala is the sacred abode of Guru where now Guru's body is laid to rest after He merged in Adisankalpam. This center is being formed into an elegant structural marvel in the shape of a blooming lotus covered with white marble measuring 91 ft in height and 84 ft in radius . Parnasala would soon be a pilgrim center of global importance attracting large crowds of people from every corner and different walks of life. Structural work commenced on 17th November 1999 and the final touches are now in progress.

Works of 'Peedom' and 'Gururoopam' to be installed in Parnasala were commenced on 3rd October 2006 and 22nd February 2007 respectively. At the heart of the Parnasala is the Sarakoodam (wooden enclosure) which encircles Guru's image, made in the form of a lotus bud, is 27 ft in height and 21 ft in diameter and is encased in brass plates. Atop the marble cask, eleven steps lead to a pedestal on which the image of Guru in pure gold is to be placed. Lakhs of peoples from all over the world and heads of nations from many countries are expected to visit Santhigiri Ashram in connection with the dedication ceremony of Parnasala (Parnasala Samarpanam) scheduled for 12th September 2010. Parnasala of Santhigiri Ashram symbolizes Guru's perception of peace, congruity, universal brotherhood and humanitarian vision.

EXHIBITION DETAILS

Shell Space: Minimum of 9 sq.m. and 6 sq.m., modular stalls with structure with side and rear walls, fascia for organization name, floor carpeting, 1 information table, 2 folding chairs, 3 spotlights, 15A / 15A power socket, 1 waste-paper basket.

Space Costs (for international exhibitors): The rate for a stall of 9 sq.m.(3m x 3m) would be Rs.50,000/- for Indian companies and US$ 2000/- for foreign companies. The rate for a stall of 6 sq.m. (3m x 2m) would be Rs.40,000/- for Indian companies and US$ 1500/- for foreign companies. The total number of booths available in the first category is 25 and 35 in the second category.
In the exhibition area you have the opportunity to promote your company and exhibit the products of your company. The exhibition theme is closely connected to the conference theme, and we expect many solutions and ideas to fight climate change. Exhibition booth of bigger measurement can be availed according to the requirement if requested earlier.

Payment Terms: 100% payments to be paid at the time of booking, together with the application form. All payments are non-refundable and are to be made by demand draft, favoring “General Secretary Santhigiri Ashram payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

Exhibition Catalogue: Each exhibitor will be given one free entry in the Exhibition catalogue.

Allocation of Space: Since space available is limited, it will be extent only on first-come-first-serve basis.
