Accommodation:

Local Hospitality is provided to out station delegates. Local Hospitality covers: Food(vegetarian only), accommodation in suitable Guest Houses / Hostels / Hotels, and Conference materials. Those who want more comfortable accommodation can stay in nearby hotels on payment basis for which the Local Organizing Committee will extend its co-operation and support. Local delegates are not eligible for accommodation. Accommodation will be booked in advance on payment of one day room rent as DD in favour of Deputy General Convener.

Call for Papers:

Abstract of papers on topics relevant to the Plenary/Parallel sessions are invited from those who want to present papers at the conference. The abstracts should not exceed 300 words (maximum half A-4 size page) and the length of the paper should be within 5000 words (not more than 15 A-4 size pages). (Rest of the matter same)

Those who are not submitting the abstract and are still interested to attend the conference can do so as OBSERVER by registring with the conference organizers.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Last date for receiving Abstract/s…………........: July 5, 2010
Intimation of Acceptance of abstract/s……......: July 10, 2010
Travel Grant intimation ………………...…...........: July 15, 2010
The last date for receiving the full length paper: August 5, 2010.

POSTER SESSION:

There will be a poster session. Participants are encouraged to contribute for poster session. The judging committee selecting papers will decide on the type of presentation, oral / poster guidelines for poster presentation.

An author/co-author can contribute one poster only. The poster should be of 120 cm x 80cm size. The letter size should be 20 mm for heading,15mm for author and affiliation and 10 mm for text.
It should be organised in to introduction, materials and methods, results and conclusion. The matter shall be brief with illustration graphs, photographs and pictures.

Proceedings

All selected papers will be edited by a review committee and published as proceedings after the conference positively within four months. The final decision on the selection of papers rests with the review committee. All registered participants will get a free copy by courier.

Young Scholars Award

We propose to institute two best research paper awards to the young scholars less than 30 years of age. It should be single author research paper. The young scholars willing to participate should submit abstract of paper and mention "For Young Scientist Research paper award" on or before July 5, 2010 and full paper by August 5, 2010.
