Madhuram Bakery was started in 1992 with the production of savouries. Later, bakery items, pickles and squashes were added to the list.

The jams, pickles and squashes prepared by the bakery have got AGMARK certification.The Bakery presently produces nearly 35 different items under the categories of oil and baking, squash and pickles.

The quality and purity of the products is widely accepted and there is good demand in the local area for these items.

Women, numbering 31, comprise the major part of the 43-person strong workforce.The installed capacity of the Bakery is: fried items 8000 kg/month; bakery items 84,000 pieces; pickles 2000 kg; squash 1780 litre/month.
